Night 1 of Lake Ozark Speedway’s Cove Clash Falls to Rain; Saturday Remains On Schedule
Eldon, MO. (7/10/26) — Overnight rainfall, combined with continued precipitation into the morning hours and additional showers forecasted throughout the day and evening, has forced Lake Ozark Speedway and POWRi officials to cancel Night 1 of the Cove Clash.
With already oversaturated grounds and unfavorable conditions expected to persist, the decision was made to rain out Friday’s program featuring the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprints, Super Stocks, B-Mods, and Midwest Mods.
At the time of this release, Night 2 of the Cove Clash on Saturday, July 11, remains on as scheduled. All divisions will return to action with pit gates opening at 2:00 PM, grandstands at 5:00 PM, and Hot Laps set for 6:45 PM. Tickets and additional event information are available at www.powri.com and www.lakeozarkspeedway.net.
Fans who purchased two-day tickets will receive a full refund for Friday’s portion through MyRacePass to their original method of payment. All camping and suite reservations will be honored for Saturday’s program.
