Lake Ozark Speedway’s ‘Open-Trailer Classic’ Postponed to July 12 Due to Excessive Rainfall
Eldon, MO. (6/6/25) Due to overwhelming weekly rainfall totals and saturated facility conditions—along with more rain in the forecast—Lake Ozark Speedway officials have decided to postpone the ‘Open Trailer Classic’ originally scheduled for Saturday, June 7. The event has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 12, and will feature POWRi StockMod-sanctioned A-Mod, Super Stock, B-Mod, Pure Stock, Midwest Mod, and Hornet divisions.
“The decision comes with the safety of teams, fans, and staff in mind, as recent weekly storms have rendered the racing surface and surrounding grounds unsuitable for competition and spectator enjoyment,” said Tim Ward of Lake Ozark Speedway. He added, “We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on July 12 for what promises to be an exciting and unique night of grassroots racing.”

Next up is the ‘Father’s Day Special’ on Saturday, June 14, featuring the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League, the Wholesale Batteries POWRi WAR/MWRA Challenge Series, and the highly anticipated track debut of the Nutrien Ag Solutions POWRi Revival Super Dirt Series fueled by Sunoco.
